Teresa need to shut the f up! She was once friend with Jackie and caroline and did she forget that! And Dolores stop sticking your nose where it doesnt belong. If Jennifer threw things at her in two seasons she would be pissed. Dolores hates Danielle. Danielle hasn't done shit to her! Now imagine if Danielle threw a glass a d a plate towards face Dolores.

Im so excited for this! Anya is always fantastic, and the whole thing looks charming. I'm just a clown dancing for the sins of mankind. Didn't the same thing happen to TLC? Many Black entertainers get ripped off by people they think are close to them. Also, what if she is mixed or biracial? That still doesn't justify what happened to her. Yvonne, you're terrific! It's a shame that this plot looks like the same of tired formula. sigh. Some times some low rated movies are good for a Saturday afternoon when the ball game is rained out. Bright spot Lucy Fry... A beautiful talented Australian actress. The main reason I watched this mess.
The other actors are talented, in fact the movie has a good cast. I have no idea what the writer were thing. In fact the writer and director are the same person. All I know, is that I never want to be on what ever she is on...
I understand the movie is about a girl searching for her best friend, but it is disjointed, rambles and makes no sense.
If you like looking at Lucy Fry or Eiza González; a beautiful talented Mexican actress don't bother watching. Watching rain fall on a baseball diamond is better than watching this mess.

Come home baby please 😭💔 your family needs you. i hope shes okay. If the ridiculously high percentages of BM killing BW and black children are anything to go by (even some reported by Paris) she'll live longer. She was placing too much trust in men who can't even protect themselves anyway. Support Pledge $1 or more About $1 Good Karma! Every little bit helps! I've never actually read or seen it, so I couldn't say if it really fits. posted by Sticherbeast at 7:01 PM on March 15, 2013 [ 1 favorite] Eat Pray Love does have a lot of the characteristics of a road novel. posted by Miko at 7:02 PM on March 15, 2013 Amazon sells a book called "Indiscreet Journeys: Stories of Women on the Road. " Anybody read that? posted by JimInLoganSquare at 7:12 PM on March 15, 2013 I think Shutterbab e possibly qualifies as a road novel... From Zimbabwe to Romania, from Russia to Haiti, Kogan takes her readers on a heartbreaking yet surprisingly hilarious journey through a mine-strewn decade, seamlessly blending her personal battles—sexism, battery, life-threatening danger—with the historical ones—wars, revolution, unfathomable suffering—it was her job to record. posted by blaneyphoto at 7:18 PM on March 15, 2013 This reminds me, I need to see if Netflix has started carrying Xena. posted by Tell Me No Lies at 7:36 PM on March 15, 2013 [ 3 favorites] I think the lack of female road narratives has to do with the fact that throughout history women have had a less straightforward development of identity than men. So often "the road" is a metaphor for linear progress, the bildungsroman where a man leaves on a literal and figurative journey with a fairly clear end goal. The female bildungsroman is much more complicated because the societal expectations for a woman's "success" are either absent or multiple and contradictory. In Unbecoming Women Susan Fraiman says "the way to womanhood is not a single path to a clear destination but the endless negotiation of a crossroads. " In a lot of literature female development is less linear than male development, and thus the metaphor of the road is abandoned or subverted. posted by rabbitbookworm at 7:39 PM on March 15, 2013 [ 22 favorites] Robyn Davidson; from wiki It has been suggested that one of the reasons Tracks was so popular, particularly with women, is that Davidson "places herself in the wilderness of her own accord, rather than as an adjunct to a man". posted by adamvasco at 7:59 PM on March 15, 2013 [ 3 favorites] I wrote my dissertation on 18th-century English adaptations of Don Quixote, and I see a lot of parallels. Especially when you zoom all the way out to show that when women are objects everyone loses. posted by bleep at 8:31 PM on March 15, 2013 [ 4 favorites] Wild by Cheryl Strayed has done pretty well (though Oprah probably had a lot to do with that). posted by frogmanjack at 9:01 PM on March 15, 2013 [ 3 favorites] It's because she's not on a bicycle. posted by Sphinx at 9:59 PM on March 15, 2013 [ 1 favorite] In terms of personal growth narratives, I find that I am much more drawn to the internal, local journey than the literal road trip. I'm not sure if that's because female narratives tend toward the lesser movement end of the scale, and I prefer the female narratives, or because I'm just not that enamored of the "road narrative, " gender aside. I do think that many female narratives reflect the static over the dynamic, in terms of geography quite frequently. It certainly plays out in the coming-of-age novels, like a Catcher in the Rye vs. A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, or Adventures of Tom Sawyer v. Anne of Green Gables, or even David Copperfield v. Jane Eyre. posted by murfed13 at 10:13 PM on March 15, 2013 Xena is on Netflix in Canada, all seasons. Your playthrough of this is the best. I'm gonna be sad when this series is over. Someone needs to shove her into the back of a truck take her out to the middle of nowhere and waterboard her until she confirms where Gannon body is so his family can have justice.I am SICK AND TIRED OF THESE SICK ADULTS THAT HAVE THE MENTALITY OF A CHILD THEMSELVES SHE IS NOT WORTHY OF THE AIR SHE BREATHES. FORGET THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM, COURTS AND HER RIGHTS SHE NEEDS TO BE GONE NOW.

The highway is indeed for gamblers. You have to remember that the faster you go, the more dangerous it is. The faster you go, the more potential there is for you to have an accident. And the faster you go, the harder it is to brake. You gamble when there's a drunk person that drives on the highway and you don't see him. You gamble your life when there's a severe killer driving on the highway that shoots your car out of randomness. Therefore I believe when you drive on the highway, you are in fact gambling your life. Especially the eyebrows and smile. I was so worried she was gone forever when I saw the title of this video. I'm so glad you've got her back. How can a director get things so bad with such a good cast. It's the proverbial question when people go on quiz shows and clearly do not have an understanding of trivia let alone knowledge. This film shows that the director has basically seen the same film over and over again, nothing new at all and no ability.
Ooooh look, petulant, misunderstood young girls either madly dancing or sitting in a circle with other equally drugged girls angry at everything, nope never seen that before. Drama it is not, dross it is, take note Irish Film Board, parents and husband ability does not equate to all family members being talented.

Give a man a mask, and he'll show you his true face.
